The future of wantaway Inter Milan striker, Mauro Icardi, is heading for completion in the final day of transfer market. He apparently is heading towards Paris Saint-Germain in a one year loan deal with an option to buy.

Icardi’s move to the French side is a bit of surprise as it’s not the main team looking for him. Previous reports suggesting that its either Juventus or Napoli that are really keen on the Argentinian.

However, Nerazzurri are not liking any of the offers from those two Italian teams. Moreover, Antonio Conte’s side might not like the idea of losing a top forward to their rivals.

The former Sampdoria’s man arrival in Paris also mostly happening due to the injury problems that PSG are having. Their star strikers, Kylian Mbappe and Edinson Cavani are out injured and Neymar are yet to play for them so far this season.

Having a top forward like Icardi will certainly ease things up for Thomas Tuchel’s side as they await for their injured players to recover. Upcoming international break can also help the French side integrating their new forward into the team.

Any potential clash of egos or playing time trouble might arrive if everyone’s fit, but with plenty matches ahead Tuchel should be able to rotate. Aside from Icardi, PSG have also signed Keylor Navas from Madrid in this final day of summer transfer.
