Fulham vs. Manchester City Preview, Squad Report & Prediction

Manchester City, who have won four of the last five Premier League titles, will continue their quest for a fifth crown when they take on Fulham at Craven Cottage on Sunday.

Team Form

Fulham

Fulham recently suffered a 1-0 defeat at the hands of Aston Villa. Still, the result has little significance for the club as they have now secured their position in the Premier League for another season.

The Cottagers enjoyed a strong run of form after returning from the World Cup break, winning six out of their nine games and climbing as high as sixth in the table.

Despite some recent setbacks, including five defeats in their last seven games, Fulham will be keen to end the campaign on a high note and cement their place in the top half of the table.

Manchester City

Manchester City’s match against Arsenal was touted as a potential title decider, with both teams eager to claim victory and take a step closer to Premier League glory.

However, the match ended up being one-sided, with Guardiola’s men delivering a scintillating performance to record a dominant 4-1 win in front of their home fans at the Etihad Stadium.

They have won an incredible 12 out of their last 13 matches in all competitions, scoring an astonishing 45 goals. Their only blemish in this run of form was a draw against Bayern Munich in the Champions League at the Allianz Arena.

Even more impressive is Manchester City’s current unbeaten streak of 17 matches. They have recorded 14 wins and three draws since their last defeat, a testament to their strength and consistency as a team.

Manchester City’s squad is looking strong ahead of their upcoming match, with only one player on the injury list.
